Lampton Enochs began his career in the mailroom of Castle Rock Entertainment in Los Angeles. At Castle Rock, Lampton found his niche in physical production, working on such projects as Seinfeld and When Harry Met Sally. On the feature film Misery, Lampton became a 399 Location Manager. In this position, he worked on numerous projects including City Slickers, Honeymoon in Vegas, Dr. Dolittle II, and Mr. 3000.
In 2002, Lampton moved his family to New Orleans, Louisiana and shortly thereafter joined the Directors Guild of America as a Unit Production Manager. In 2003, Lampton helped create GWave Productions, which brought eight Disney Channel/ABC Family MOW's to Louisiana. In addition to producing the Disney/ABC projects, Lampton most recently served as Co-producer/UPM on Thief (FX Series), Producer on Initiation of Sarah (MGM/ABC Family) and Sordid Lives (LOGO Television) and Line Producer on Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay and Tekken all of which were shot in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Lampton is DGA member and member of the board of the Robinson Film Center.
Alissa M. Kantrow is a fourteen-year veteran of the film and television industry in Louisiana. After studying film at the College of Santa Fe and business at the University of New Orleans, Kantrow got her start in the production office of the German television series in New Orleans entitled "The Waterfront" and the television series, "The Big Easy". Since that time, Kantrow has worked as a production coordinator, production manager and producer on a myriad of television series, commercials and feature films. Her experience ranges from low budget features to studio blockbusters in both physical production and production services, as well as having worked as the executive in charge of production for a New Orleans-based production services company.
Alissa's resume includes work on Monster's Ball, Going to California, O Brother, Where Art Thou, and A Love Song for Bobby Long. With hands-on experience on more than 30 projects, Alissa brings a true understanding of on-set requirements, budgets, preproduction and development. Most recently she worked as the production manager on the Frank Darabont Film "Stephen King's The Mist" and as line producer/production manager on the Jonathon Liebesman film "The Killing Room."
Kantrow is a member of the Directors Guild of America and the Producers Guild of America. She is married to another film industry veteran, Ted Kantrow, whose motion picture catering company, Location Catering, has operated in Louisiana for over twenty years.
Kolie Wegner brings several years of industry experience in accounting and finance to Louisiana Production Consultants. During her tenure as Controller of a Louisiana film production company, Kolie was able to bridge the gap between production accounting and corporate finance/accounting in order to achieve one synced accounting system. She worked to establish and maintain corporate accounting principles, practices, procedures and initiatives for numerous theatric films including:, Pride, Mr. Brooks, Premonition, Factory Girl and many more. Wegner has managed the books for 20+ subsidiaries, prepared financial reports, , compiled necessary information for outside audits and/or reviews, has trained and maintained Accounting departments and has been responsible for the set-up & close of project's production accounting. Having been educated on Louisiana's production incentive program since inception, Kolie has developed an in depth knowledge of the State's tax credit program. She continues to foster her understanding of the Motion Picture Incentive Program through various summits, lectures, forums, and continuing education programs. Wegner's knowledge isn't limited to the Louisiana market. In order to best serve clients and keep a competitive edge, she has been in contact with other states offering lucrative Film Production Incentives.
Scott Crompton is part of the LPC team and develops new projects and businesses that further enhance LPC's position in the global film industry. Scott's expertise is in business development, advertising, marketing and media development and he has a proven track record of creating business opportunities and bringing ideas to market. Scott's role is to foster the creation of new businesses and services at LPC. Scott has many contacts in the film and music industry and other industries related to production and project marketing and an in depth knowledge of new business formation, marketing and promotion.
Paul Belcher, a native of Shreveport, brings a background that originally began in technical theatre, working as a Technical Director on numerous local stage productions. After graduating from Centenary College of Louisiana with a BA in Theatre, he spent two seasons at the La Jolla Playhouse on productions including the Broadway revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and Randy Newman's Faust.
After a nine year span of working as a college admissions officer as well as a banker, he returned to the entertainment field by joining the production office of The Initiation of Sarah. After several productions, he moved over to studio operations, using his diverse background to help assist productions at this facility.
